- candidate must have post graduation with at least 50% marks and B.Ed
- Masters degree With 55% marks and 3-year integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed.
- Masters degree with 50% marks and B.A.Ed./B.Sc.Ed.
- For Secondary teacher special education teacher – candidate must have postgraduate degree+ B.Ed. (Special Education) OR B.Ed. + 1 Yr/2 Yr/PG Diploma in Special Education.
- For secondary teacher in artificial intelligence and coding/cyber security and data science/ computer science- candidate must have passed M.Sc. (CS/IT)/MCA OR M.E./M.Tech (CS/IT) OR B.E./B.Tech + B.Ed. (50%) OR Integrated B.Ed.-M.Ed.
