UP TET Education Qualification

UPTET Paper 1 Eligibility

The candidate mustful field any of the following criteria.

• Candidate must be 12th pass with 50% marks with D.EI.Ed (diploma in elementary education)OR
• Candidates should be 12th pass with BTC (2-Year diploma).
• Candidate must be graduate and pass basic Training Certificate (BTC) with 2 year D.EI.Ed .
• Candidate must completed graduation or post graduation with 50% marks with Bachelors of Education (B.Ed).

UPTET Paper 2 Eligibility

Candidate must satisfy anyone of the following criteria.

• Candidate must completed graduation with B.Ed to be eligible to apply for UPTET paper 2.
• Completed graduation with 50% marks with 2 years D.EI.Ed.
• Candidates should complete class 12 with a minimum of 50% marks along with 4 year BEIEd.
• Graduation + B.Ed(special education).
• Candidate must completed graduation with 2 year diploma in special education.

UPTET Age Limit

The age limit of the candidate must be between 18 to 35 years. This is to inform you that there is no Limit on the number of attempts, candidates can take UP TET 2026 exam as many times.
