AFCAT Exam Selection Process 2024

Indian Air Force conducts the AFCAT exam. The selection process of AFCAT consists of three phases. Candidate needs to qualify for all the phases to be selected as a class 1 gazetted officer in the ground duty and flying unit.

The first stage is the AFCAT written exam which is the only criterion for clearing first-stage Convent technical candidates. The AFCAT + EKT (engineering knowledge test) is a technical test.

AFCAT Exam Pattern 2024

As per the Indian Air Force, the AFCAT exam pattern consists of General aptitude, General awareness, Verbal ability, Reasoning and Military aptitude. The AFCAT exam is conducted through online mode the exam is conducted for a total of 300 marks for 2 hours. There will be a negative marking of 1 mark in the AFCAT exam.
