Measurements of Ingredients

  • Take 4 to 5 medium beetroots.
  • Extra virgin olive oil for dazzling
  • Two cups of green salad- arugula
  • 1/4 cup of toasted Walnuts
  • 1/4 green apple
  • 2 ounce goat cheese
  • 1/2 shallot, thinly sliced
  • Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly ground black paper
  • Microgreens for topping

Instructions

  • Firstly preheat your oven to 400 degree°F.
  • Now wash the beetroot and coat with the extra virgin olive oil, and Sprinkle Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Wrap each beet in a piece of aluminium foil. Or you can also cover the whole tray with the Aluminium foil.
  • Roast the Beet for 40 minutes to 1 hour until it turns soft and fork tender. Remember that baking time for beet will depend on the size and freshness. So always buy fresh beetroot for beet salad recipe.
  • After 40 minutes to one hour check the beet and remove the from the oven.
  • Keep aside to cool.
