• The Bihar primary teacher syllabus is divided into two papers, i.e. Language Paper and General Studies.
• The question pattern is Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) in nature.
• The language section has 2 parts – the English language is compulsory for all candidates
• While in the other part,  Hindi language / Urdu language / Bengali language and the candidate has to attempt any of the three languages.
• The General Studies section consists of Elementary Mathematics, Mental ability tests, General Awareness, General Science, Social Science, Indian National Movements, Geography, and Environment.

• The Bihar secondary teacher syllabus is divided into two papers, i.e. Language Paper and General Studies.
• The question pattern is Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) in nature.
• The first section is the language section, English is compulsory.
• The second section of the language paper consists of Hindi/Urdu/Bengali. candidate must select one of three languages.
