• Candidate should be 12th pass with at least 45% marks and D.EI.Ed. OR
• Graduation with 50% marks and 2-year D.EI.E.D. OR

Bihar Middle School Teacher Education Qualification (class 6 to 8)

• Candidates must be 12th pass with at least 50% marks and 2 years D.EI.Ed /4 years B.EI.ED/A 2-year Diploma in Special Education (D.Ed. Spl. Ed.). OR
• Candidate must past class 12th with at least 45% marks and passed or appear in 2 year D.EI.Ed. OR
• Candidate should graduate with 50% marks and have 2 year diploma in early education/B.Ed/B.Ed special education OR.
• Completed masters degree in the concerned subject with 55% marks with 3 year B.Ed-Med course.
• B.Ed qualified
• Candidate must have qualified CTET/Bihar TET exam.

Bihar Secondary Teacher (class 9 to 10)

• The candidate must have a graduation degree (BA/BSc/BCom) with at least 50% marks and B.Ed/B.Ed special education with a minimum of 50% marks, and candidate has qualified CTET/Bihar TET exam.

Bihar Higher Secondary teacher (class 9 to 10)

Candidate must have completed graduation/post graduation and B.Ed degree from recognised University.

Bihar Teacher Age Limit
