If applicants has earlier undergone LASIK surgery, they must meet the following criteria:
- Age: Between 18 and 35 years.
- Axial length of the eye: 21-26 mm.
- Corneal thickness: 425 microns.

Individuals who are currently employed in a government service or public enterprise are required to submit a Non-Objection Certificate (NOC) for document verification process.
