IIM Kozhikode will conduct CAT exam 2025 on 30 November 2025. The CAT 2025 notification has released on the official website. The CAT 2025 registration has started from 1st August 2025. The CAT 2025 registration last date is 13 September 2025. Candidates can apply online from CAT 2025 official website at iimcat.ac.in. CAT is a highly competitive entrance exam for MBA and is widely recognised by over 1300 MBA colleges in India. CAT evaluate candidates based on Quantitative Ability (QA), Data Interpretation & Logical Reasoning (DILR), and Verbal Ability & Reading Comprehension. The CAT score is used by 21 IIMs and also over 1300 B-schools across India.

What is CAT Exam?

CAT (Common Admission Test) is one of India’s most prestigious and competitive entrance exams for admission into top MBA/PGDM programs at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) and other leading B schools. CAT is a computer-based aptitude test conducted by the IIMs all a rotational basis. Every year, over 2 lakh candidates compete for a limited number of seats. Those candidates who clear the CAT exam are eligible for admission to over 1300 MBA colleges in India.

CAT 2025 Exam Date

This year I am Kozhikode will conduct CAT exam 2025. As per the CAT exam date 2025 announcement, the exam will be conducted on 30 November 2025 through a computer-based test. The exam will be conducted in three slots: Morning (8:30 a.m. To 10:30 a.m.), Afternoon (12:30 p.m. To 2:30 p.m.) and Evening (4:30 p.m. To 6:30 p.m.). Check the complete CAT 2025 details below.

The CAT 2025 registration date has announced in the CAT 2025 notification. As per last year’s Trend CAT registration 2025 has started from the 1st August 2025 and registration ends on 13 September 2025. Interested candidates can apply online through the CAT official website at iimcat.ac.in.

CAT Exam Fees 2025

All candidate needs to pay the CAT exam fee. The CAT registration fees can be paid through online mode with debit card/credit card/net banking.

• INR 1,250 (Reserved category)

CAT Exam Eligibility Criteria

To be apply online for CAT 2025, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the Indian Institute of Management. The detailed eligibility criteria is given below.

• The candidate must have completed a bachelor’s degree with minimum 50% aggregate.(45% aggregate for SC/ST/PWD/DA)
• Those candidates appearing for the final years of a bachelor’s degree/equivalent or awaiting for final result are also eligible to appear for CAT 2025 exam.
• Candidates having professional degrees such as CA/CS/ICWA are also eligible to apply for CAT exam 2025.
• There is no upper age limit to apply for CAT 2025
• Those who have work experience is advantage for admission to IIM, it is not compulsory for CAT.

Steps for CAT 2025 Registration

Candidates who wants to apply for CAT 2025 needs to fill out the form online. Check the steps below.

• Visit the official website of CAT 2025 at iimcat.ac.in.
• On the homepage click on ‘New registration’.
• Now enter your, name, date of birth, nationality, phone number and email ID.
• Enter the captcha code and verify the CAT registration with the OTP received on your mobile number.
• You will receive a CAT ID on your email ID.
• Login using CAT ID and fill up the CAT application form by entering personal details and the academic details.
• Upload the passport size photograph and signature.
• Now select preferred IIMs, courses and test cities.
• Pay the CAT application fees.
• Submit the application form and take a printout for future reference.
