The Consortium of National Law University (NLUs) has started accepting CLAT Application Form 2025 on 15 July 2024. CLAT 2024 registration will be conducted for admission to undergraduate (UG) and postgraduate (PG) Law programs at 22 National Law Universities, The CLAT Application Form Last Date 2025 is 15 October 2024. CLAT 2025 Application Form

The CLAT application form 2025 is available from 15 July 2024 till 15 October 2024. Candidates interested in pursuing the UG or PG law programs can apply online for CLAT 2025. The CLAT application form includes CLAT Registration 2025, the CLAT application form, uploading important documents, and paying the application fees. The application fee for CLAT 2025 is Rs 4000 for general/OBC candidates and the application fee for the Reserve category is Rs. 3,500.

CLAT Eligibility Criteria 2025

To be eligible for CLAT 2025 candidate must meet the eligibility criteria set by the Consortium of National Law University (NLUs). Check the CLAT 2025 eligibility criteria for undergraduate and postgraduate law courses below.

For Undergraduate Program (5-year Integrated LLB)

  • For admission to undergraduate law program candidate must have passed 10 + 2 or an equivalent exam.
  • Candidate must have 45% marks or its equivalent grade for general and OBC.
  • Candidates belonging to SC/ST must have secured 40% marks.
  • Candidates appearing for qualifying examination in March/ April are also eligible to apply

For Postgraduate Program (1- Year LLM)

  • Candidate must have an LLB degree or an equivalent exam with minimum of 50% marks or equivalent Grey
  • For candidates belonging to SC/ST 45% marks or equivalent to apply for CLAT Application Form 2025.
  • Applicants appearing in the qualifying examination in April/May 2025 are also eligible to apply for CLAT 2025.

Document Required to fill CLAT Application Form 2025

Before applying for CLAT application form 2025 candidate must check to have these documents mention below:

  • Mobile number and email ID of the candidate
  • Marksheet of class 10th and 12th
  • ID and address proof (Aadhar card/driving licence/PAN card/etc.
  • Scanned photograph and signature of candidate
    • Photograph size must be in 500 KB in JPG/ JPEG format.
    • Signature size should be in 100 KB in JPG/ JPEG format.
    • State domicile certificate of the candidate having a maximum size of 2 MB and the format is in PDF

Step 1 : Online Registration
  • Go to the official website of CLAT at https://consortiumofnlus.ac.in/.
  • On the homepage click on the link available for CLAT 2025.
  • Now click the button for “Register”
  • Fill in the basic details such as name, email ID, mobile number and password to create an account.
  • The authority will send an OTP to your register email id and mobile number for verification.
Step 2 : Filling CLAT Application Form 2025
  • Now login by using the registered email ID/ mobile number and password to your account.
  • Here candidate need to select the course to pursue (UG) 5 year LLB or (PG) 1 year LLM course.
  • Click on apply for CLAT 2025.
  • Enter your personal information, including, name, parents name, date of birth, Gender and category.
  • Fill the communication details: your present and permanent address.
  • Enter the education details about your qualifying examination, name of board/University, year of passing, and percentage of marks obtained.
  • Select your referred National Law University.
  • Select three exam centre for CLAT 2025.
  • Upload the required documents which includes candidates photograph, signature, category certificate and domicile certificate if applicable.
    • Photograph: candidates recent passport size colour photograph in JPG/JPEG format. (Size: 20 KB to 50 KB).
    • Signature: image of signature in JPG format (size: 10 KB to 20 KB)
    • Category certificate (if applicable): for SC/ST/OBC/PwD candidates.
    • Domicile certificate (if applicable): domicile Certificate is required if applying under state quota.
  • Pay the required application fees according to the category.
    • For General/OBC/PWD/NRI/PIO/OCI candidates the application fees is Rs. 4000/-
    • For SC/ST/BPL candidates is Rs. 3500/-,
