CTET Eligibility 2025: Paper 1 (Primary Stage)
Applicant must have any of the following eligibility criteria for CTET paper 1:
- Candidate must be 12 pass or it equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks and passed or appear in final year exam of Diploma in Elementary Education (2 years). OR
- Applicant first have cleared class 12th or its equivalent exam securing a minimum of 45% marks and cleared or appearing in the final year exam of Diploma in Elementary Education (2 years duration). OR
- 12th passed or its equivalent exam with a minimum of 50% marks and cleared or appearing in the final year exam of Bachelor of Elementary Education (4 years duration). OR
- Candidate must be Senior Secondary or its equivalent test with a minimum of 50% marks and cleared or appearing in the final year exam of Diploma in Education (2 years duration). OR
- Candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree with a BEd.
CTET Eligibility 2025: Paper 2 (Upper Primary Stage)
- Applicants must have a Graduation degree and have passed or is appearing in the final year examination of Diploma in Elementary Education (2 years duration). OR
- Candidates having a Graduation degree with 50% marks and have cleared or appeared in the final year exam of BEd. OR
- Holding a Graduation degree with 40% marks and has cleared or appearing in the final year exam of BEd, according to NCTE regulations. OR
- 12th or its equivalent test with a minimum of 50% marks and has cleared or appearing in final year exam of 4 years duration Bachelor of Elementary Education. OR
- 12th or its equivalent exam with 50% marks and cleared or appearing in final year exam of B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed or B.A/B.Sc.Ed. OR
