IBPS RRB Exam Date 2024 Out
IBPS has announced the IBPS RRB exam date 2024 on the IBPS calendar 2024. IBPS RRB clerk (office assistants) exam will be conducted in two phases: prelims and main. PO (officer scale 1) will be conducted in three phases i.e. Prelims, mains and interview. As per the IBPS exam calendar, the IBPS RRB PO and clerk Prelims exam will be conducted on 3rd, 4th, 10th, 17th, and 18th of August 2024. The IBPS RRB- PO main/single officer (II & III) is held on 29 September 2024 and the IBPS clerk mains on 6th October 2024.

IBPS RRB 2024 Eligibility Criteria
The eligibility criteria for IBPS RRB involves some specific criteria, that are the nationality of the candidate, age limit, language proficiency and education qualification for various post. Before applying for the IBPS regional rural Bank candidate must meet the eligibility criteria set by Institute of Banking Personnel Selection.
Nationality
- Candidates must be either:
- A citizen of India, or
- A subject of Nepal or Bhutan, or
- A Tibetan refugee who came to India before 1st January 1962 to permanently settle in India, or
- A person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar), Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam to settle in India permanently.
Note: Candidates belonging to categories (b), (c), and (d) need to provide a certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India.
Age Limit
- For Office Assistant (Multipurpose) – The candidate is between 18 years and 28 years i.e. candidates should have not been born earlier than 02.06.1996 and later than 01.06.2006 (both dates inclusive).
- For Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager) – Applicant should be above 18 years and Below 30 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1994 and later than 30.06.2006 (both dates inclusive).
- For Officer Scale-II (Manager) – the candidate’s age is Above 21 years and must be less than32 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1992 and later than 31.05.2003 (both dates inclusive).
- For Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager) – the candidate age limit for senior manager must be between 21 years and Below 40 years i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 03.06.1984 and later than 31.05.2006 (both dates inclusive).
Language Proficiency
Applicants applying for IBPS RRB for the post of office assistant are required to pause proficiency in local language of the state/union territory. So that the candidate will be able to eligible for interview.
