  • Home loan repayment:
    • For home loan repayment least of up to 36 time monthly basic salary + dearance allowance can be withdrawal from EPF.
    • Total Corpus of employer and employees contribution with interest.
    • Total outstanding principle and interest on housing loan.
    • For home loan repayment the employee service required for 10 years.
    • The property must be registered in employees or their spouse name. Withdrawal subject to EPFO documents, and accumulation should be >Rs. 20,000.
  • House renovation:
    • For house employees can withdraw up to 12 times their monthly salary from the PF account.
    • A minimum of 5 years of total service is required.
    • Employees contribution with interest.
  • Partial withdrawal before retirement:
    • Is employee wants to partially withdraw their PF account balance before retirement, they can withdraw up to 90% of accumulated balance with interest.
    • A minimum of 58 years service required, and withdrawal before 1 year of retirement or superannuation.

To apply for PF withdrawal you need to follow the steps given below:

  • A new page will open, click on ‘Manage’ tab under that select to ‘KYC’.
  • By clicking on KYC your KYC details are checked like Aadhar, PAN, and bank details are verified or not.
  • After verifying KYC click on ‘Online Service’ tab and select the option ‘ Claim’ (Form – 31,19,10 C & 10D) from drop down menu.
  • Afterwards the members detail, KYC details and other service details will be displayed on your screen.
  • Enter your bank account number and click on verify.
  • Now click on ‘yes’ to sign the certificate of Under taking and then proceed.
  • Click on “proceed for online claim”.
