RBI Grade B Eligibility Criteria 2024
To be eligible for RBI Grade B candidate must meet some specific eligibility criteria said by the Reserve Bank of India. Candidate should have Bachelors Degree in any stream having minimum 60% marks from recognised board and University. Candidates can look for complete RBI grade B eligibility below.
RBI Nationality
Candidates must be citizens of India, subjects of Nepal, or Bhutan, or persons of Indian origin who have migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, East African countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, or Vietnam to permanently settle in India.
RBI Educational Qualification
- Applicants should have a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade in Bachelor’s degree as well as in 12th (or Diploma or equivalent) and 10th Standard examinations from recognized boards or universities.
- For SC/ST/PwBD candidates must having 50% marks
- Candidates having Master’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD) are also eligible to apply for RBI Grade B.
RBI Age Limit
As per the Reserve Bank of India, candidate’s minimum age limit is 21 years and the maximum age limit is 30 years.
For candidates having M fil and PhD the upper age limit is 32 years and 34 years respectively. As per the government norms the age relaxation for Reserve category candidate is mention below.

RBI Number of Attempts
