- Candidate must have master’s degree or equivalent from a recognised University with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks.
- 50% for SC/ST and other Reserve categories.
- The age limit for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) is 30 years with relaxation for Reserve categories.
- There is no upper age limit for Assistant Professors.
