UPSC Eligibility 2025
As per the UPSC latest notification, the candidate who want to apply for UPSC must meet UPSC age limit, education qualification, and nationality. The following eligibility criteria is mentioned below.
- UPSC age limit: the candidates age must be between 21 and 32 year old to be eligible for UPSC exam.
- Education qualification: applicants should have a Bachelors Degree from recognise University.
- Nationality: candidate must be citizen of India, or a subject of Nepal, or Bhutan or a Tibetan Refugee who came in India before 1 January 1962.
- Number of attempts: as per the UPSC provision, a candidate belonging to the general category can attempt 6 times. OBC category candidate is 9 attempts, and there is no limit for candidate belongs to SC/ST.
