Haryana Scholarship 2023-2024

Good news for all the Haryana students the Government of Haryana has released the scholarship for all students. Haryana offers of variety of scholarships to support students at different levels of education. These scholarships are aim at helping student from various backgrounds to pursue their academic dreams. Interested candidates can apply from Haryana scholarship portal or ‘Har Chhatravratti’. It is a centralise portal run by government of Haryana. The scholarship starts from 1 August 2023. The last date to apply for the scholarships is 31st October 2023.

Candidates can apply for the scholarship are post-matric scholarships for SC, BC, EWS and DNT students. Consolidated Stipend scheme, state merit scholarship, Haryana state meritorious initiative scheme, state merits scholarship to UG and PG students and more scholarships for released. Through the scholarship, the Government of India and the Government of Haryana are trying to put effort into attracting the students towards higher education.

The Government of Haryana has released scholarships for all students in the official website of DHE- centralised online scholarship. For the meritorious and needy students to encourage them to take up higher education. Candidates who want to pursue higher education such as 11th,12th, graduation or post-graduation can apply for post post-matric scholarship. The aim of scholarships to provide financial assistance to pursue higher education to the candidates. To be eligible for the Haryana scholarship candidate must meet the eligibility criteria. Haryana Scholarship Eligibility Criteria 2023

The eligibility criteria for Haryana scholarship 2023-2024 depends on specific schemes.

• The candidate must be domicile of Haryana to apply for the scholarship at her chhatravratti portal.

Post Matric Scholarship For SC Student Eligibility Criteria

• The candidate want to pursue 11th, 12th, graduate, postgraduate, degree and postgraduate level professional course, and other professional course leading to degree diploma certificate can apply for post matric scholarship in Haryana.
• Only a National candidate can apply for a Haryana post-matric scholarship.
• Candidate must be Belonging to schedule cast (SC).
• Their parent income should not exceed then 2,50,000/-from all sources.

Merit-Cum-Means Scholarship For SC Student Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate who is pursuing diploma/UG/PG/technical course orAICTE approved course under schedule caste sub plan (SCSP) can apply for merit-Cum-scholarship.
• Selected candidates will receive tuition fee reimbursement and other benefits.
• The candidate must be belong to Indian nation
• Family income is between 2,50,000 to 3,50,000.
• Benefits – selected candidate will receive actual tuition fees of Rs. 20000/- for diploma and Rs. 40000/- for degree courses.

Consolidated Stipend Scheme For SC Students

• Candidate must be studying in the government college of Haryana.
• They should be domiciled of Haryana and belong to scheduled caste category (SC).
• Candidate have secured 60% attendance in the class.
• The student who failed in last year University examination will not be eligible for the Consolidated Stipend Scheme.
• Benefits– Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 1000 & Rs. 2,000 for the purchase of the book.

Consolidated Stipend Scheme For GrandChildren Of Freedom Fighters

• The Scheme for the Stipends of grandchildren of freedom fighters is only grant to the third generation.
• Candidate must be belongs to schedule caste (SC) category.
• Must be domicile of Haryana.
• Candidate has a minimum 50% class attendance in subsequent 3 months.
• Benefits – Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 1000 & Rs. 2,000 for the purchase of the book.

State Merit Scholarship To Undergraduate Girls Student

• The scholarship is only given to the girls student who passed 10 + 2 examination with at least 60% marks.
• Candidate must be studying in any government college.
• The word will be only given to the student pursuing general degree course.
• There is no income limit for this scheme.
• Only 10 girls per college will be awarded for fresh scholarship.
• Benefits – Candidate will receive scholarship award of Rs. 3000/-per student per annum.

Haryana State Meritorious Initiative Scheme

• This scheme is for both male and female general category and SC category.
• Candidate must be studying in graduate or post-graduate courses in Arts, Science, and Commerce.
• The scheme will be college-specific and three meritorious students in each stream who stood first second and third in annual University exam will be given this initiative.
• Haryana state meritorious initiative scheme is only given to the student who is studying in government colleges of Haryana.
• There is no income limit for this award.
• Benefits- Student who stands 1st will be recive – Rs. 5000/-, 2nd – 3000/- & 3nd – 2000/-.

Haryana State Meritorious Initiative Scheme (CBSE)

• This scheme will be specific for top meritorious student (one boy and one girl student) who stood first in 10 class & 12 class in annual CBSE exam.
• Only given to the student who is pursuing regular class.
• The amount initiative shall be equal to the school or college fees paid them annually till the completion of their degree up to graduation level.
• The candidate must be the domicile of Haryana.
• There is no income limit for this award.
• Failed or compartment students shall not be considered for this award in future.

State Merit Scholarship For UG/PG To Students

• The candidate must have passed the specified public examination from the Punjab or Kurukshetra University or any other examination body, otherwise notified by the awarding authority.
• The candidate must be citizen of India and domicile of Haryana state.

State SC scholarship (Govt ITI)

• The scholarship is given to the student who is studying in Government ITI situated in Haryana.
• The candidate must be belong to SC schedule cast of Haryana.
• Benefit – the scholarship will be given in two instalments. First installment is 50% amount will be given after taking admission in ITI. And second installment of 50% amount will be given to the field of attendance criteria for appearing in the examination.
