Haryana Teacher Eligibility Criteria 2023
To be eligible for 2B eligible for Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test December 2023 candidate Haryana Teacher Eligibility test Haryana teacher must meet some certain criteria. Such as Education Qualification, Age Limt. All the important criteria are given below.
Primary Teacher (PRT) level 1 (Class 1 to 5)
- 12 Passed (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) OR
- 12 passed (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR
- 12 passed (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 2- year Diploma in Education (Special education). OR
- Graduation or appearing in the final year of two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) (ii) Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or Sr. Secondary/Graduation/Post Graduation with Hindi as one of the subjects.
Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) level 2 (Class 6 to 8)
- (i)Graduation and passed or appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education (by whatever name known) OR
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in Bachelor in Education (B.Ed). OR
- Graduation with at least 45% marks and passed or appearing in 2- year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed), in accordance with the NCTE. OR
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) OR
- Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4- year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed. OR
- Graduation with at least 50% marks and passing or appearing in B.Ed(Special Education).(ii) Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or Sr. Secondary/Graduation/Post Graduation with Hindi as one of the subjects.
Post Graduation Teacher (PGT) level 3 (Class 9 to 12)
- Postgraduate degree in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks from a recognised university and B.Ed. from a recognised university
- Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit or Sr.Secondary/Graduation/Post-graduation with Hindi as one of the subjects.
- With a Consistent good academic record.
Age limit
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Maximum age 38 years.
