CTET 2024 Eligibilty Criteria

Primary level (classes 1 to 5)
- Senior secondary (or its equivalent with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of a 2-year diploma in alimentary education (D.EIED) OR
- Senior secondary (or its equivalent with that please 45% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year diploma in elementary education (D.EI.ED), in accordance with NCTE (recognition norms and procedure), regulation, 2002.
Upper primary level (classes 6 to 8)
- Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of 2-year diploma in alimentary education (D.EIED) OR
- Graduation with at least 50% mark s and passed out appearing in 1-Bachelor in education (B.Ed)
NOTE: There is no age limit to apply for CTET 2024.
