AFCAT 2025 Eligibility Criteria

AFCAT Education Qualification
Flying branches: Candidate who wants to apply for the post of flying branch must have a minimum of 50% marks in Physics and Mathematics at 12th level and a 3 year graduation degree or BTech to the minimum of 60% from a recognised University.
Ground Duty (technical) branches: candidate who wish to apply for aeronautical engineering (electronic) (AE(L)) must have a minimum 16% marks in each physics and maths at class 2 level and have a graduation degree/course graduation in the field of Engineering and Technology from recognize organised University.
AFCAT Age Limit
- Flying branch: minimum age limit for apply for flying branch is 20 years and maximum is 24 years.
- Ground Duty (technical/non technical) branches: the minimum age is 20 years and the upper age limit is 26 years
NOTE: Candidates below the age of 25 years must be unmarried at the time of commencement of the course. Widows/widowers and divorceees (with or without encumbrances) below 25 years of age are not eligible.
AFCAT Application Form 2025
