CTET Education Qualification

For Paper 1 (classes 1 to 5)

Candidate must have any one of the following:

• The candidate must be twelfth pass with at least 50% marks with D.EI.Ed (diploma in elementary education).
• Applicant Should be 12th pass with 50% marks with B.ei.ed (bachelors of elementary education).
• Candidate must be 12th pass with 50% marks with a diploma in education (special education)

For Paper 2 (classes 6 to 8)

Candidate must have any one of the following:

• Having graduation with B.Ed (Bachelors of education).
• Candidate must having graduation with at least 50% marks and B.Ed.
• Candidate should passed class 12th or its equivalent with a minimum of 50% marks and clear Bachelors of Elementary Education.

CTET Application Form 2026

The CTET 2026 online application form has now available from 11 May 2026 after the release of CTET notification 2026. CTET Notification 2026 Application Fees
