NTA NEET 2025: Registration, Exam Pattern, Syllabus

The NTA NEET 2025 registration will begin on February 2025 on the official website. The NEET 2025 exam pattern has been changed, and a total of 180 compulsory questions from section A.

The National Testing Agency start NTA NEET registration 2025 in 1st week of February the official website. Candidates can apply online soon in February 2025. The last date to apply for NEET 2025 Application Form is till March 2025 (Up to 5 PM). The NEET UG Form 2025 will be available on the official website at neet.nta.nic.in. The NEET 2025 notification has been released along with the information brochure on the official website. NTA will announced the NEET exam date 2025, the exam will be conducted through pen-paper mode in a single Sift in May 2025.

NEET 2025 is conducted once a year through offline mode or Paper Pencil-Based Test (PBT). The NEET exam time duration is 3 hours. The question paper consists of Physics, Chemistry and Biology (botany and Zoology). The total mark in NEET 2024 is 720 marks. 200 questions will be asked in NEET UG 2024.

The NTA has Changed the NEET Exam Pattern and have undergone major changes. The optional question and extra time that was introduced during covid time has been removed from NEET UG 2025 exam. The rest of the information like syllabus, eligibility criteria, and centres, has remained the same as last year.

What is NEET Exam?

The full form of NEET is National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test (NEET). It is a National exam conducted for 12th-grade students in India who dream of pursuing career in the medical field. For admission to MBBS, BDS, BSc Nursing, BAMS, veterinary and other medical/paramedical courses in India. NTA NEET UG is the only undergraduate medical entrance exam in India. NEET 2025 Exam Date

The National Testing Agency will soon announced the NEET UG exam date 2025. It is expected that NTA NEET 2025 exam will be conducted on 5 May 2025. The examination will be conducted through Pen and Paper mode for 3 hours in a single shift.

NTA NEET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

Candidate must meet some specific criteria to be eligible for NEET 2025. Candidates who qualify for class 12 with physics, chemistry and Biology are eligible to apply for NEET UG 2025 through the neet.nta.nic.in. Applicant must be not less than 17 years old, there is no maximum age limit for NTA NEET. Candidate can attempt for multiple times for NEET Application form 2025. NEET 2024 Educational Qualification:

• Student must have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognized board or Institution.
• Candidate should have studied Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English as core subjects in Class 12 or its equivalent.
• As per NMC, candidates who have studied or studying biology/biotechnology as additional subject along with physics, chemistry, mathematics and English are also eligible for NEET 2025.
• Candidates General category Must have aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology in their qualifying exam.
• Candidates belonging to the SC/ST/OBC category, the minimum qualifying marks is 40%.
• For PWD candidates the minimum mark is 45%.
• The candidate who passed class 12th from open school and now eligible for NTA NEET 2025.

NTA NEET 2025 Age Limit:

• Minimum age limit for candidates appearing for NEET is usually 17 years as of 31 December 2025.
• In NEET There is no upper age limit

• Fill the registration form with details such as your name, parents name, date of birth, mobile number, email ID and create a password.
